it has absolutely perfect and magnificent setting to the sol underground station. staff is outstandingly accommodating and kind. there's views on the sunset over the roofs on the 5th floor.

The interior was modern, it had everything for a very enjoyable stay for our 5 nights in Madrid. There was a good restaurant on the way. Most importantly the staff were very amiable and excellent. We had king studio with nice views, a washer plus a clean neutral decor. The neighbourhood was particularly good.

The apartment was big and in a great location right by Restaurants, City Center, Subway & Bus station, center of Madrid and the city sights and Metro and Renfe stations. Staff were kind as well as the host.

I had a wonderful stay at Smartrental in a great central location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the sofa bed was spacious. Despite a few small drawbacks, such as a smaller kitchen and lack of amenities, I still enjoyed my two-night stay. I would recommend this accommodation to others.

fantastic base for exploring madrid. it was in a stunning place. plus, it is near to the smal plaza, plaza mayor.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre where we found plenty of shops and restaurants. We loved having multiple dining options right downstairs, and the supermarket nearby was so convenient, especially since it stayed open until midnight. the small balcony outside our apartment was a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Madrid in the afternoons and evenings. the facilities were also excellent, making it a great choice for a longer stay. the reception team, especially Elena, went above and beyond to make our stay optimal. We had an issue with the heater, but they promptly addressed it and even had a technician clean the burner.

We had a fantastic stay at the Smartrental in Madrid. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the metro station and surrounded by great places to eat and pharmacies. the apartment was spacious and comfortable for the four of us, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, organizing a taxi to and from the airport for us without any hassle. a great experience. Cons: No issues 😊.

The room was huge, I was satisfied with a clean neutral decor, all the facilities. The apartment was not far from the town centre, Retiro Park and the Prado museum and numerous shops, magnificent location overall. Staff were helpful and accommodating, had a great stay for my 5 nights in Madrid.

I recently stayed at Smartrental Puerta Del Sol in Madrid for a week. The apartment was spacious, with a separate bedroom and a cozy living area. The kitchen had a large table and chairs, perfect for meals. The apartment had plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the open square. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Tirso de Molina metro stop and close to popular attractions like Plaza Mayor, the Mercado de San Miguel, and the Palace. Elena, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I would recommend this hotel.
